New york house dance for teens
Join internationally known dancer, Heru, on November 11, 2023 from 3PM - 4PM for an hour full of dance! This class is open for teens wanting to learn from an experienced dancer featured on MTV and was a back up dancer for big names like Black Eyed Peas and more!
Class Cost: $15.00, pay at the door or in-advance at Synergy Studio I.

8:30 am - Syner Booty Barre
Join Dancer and Barre certified instructor Sarah for a 1hour total body conditioning barre class focusing on strength, agility, and flexibility.
9:30 am - Dancasana
Join Dancer and Yoga certified Clare for an open level, open mind, open heart dance influenced yoga class. Yoga and Dance share in the journey of moving meditation.
10:30 am - Lyrical Dance
Join Sarah for one hour of Lyrical dance, exploring the blend of basic ballet and jazz styles, stretching, sweating, and connecting deeply to the music and the body.
11:30 am - Syner Dance
Join certified MixxedFit & Zumba instructor Clare for a fun, upbeat compilation of dance styles in this easy to follow, high energy, dance floor party!
