Cardio Circuit
Intense interval training set to your own personal level, creating an open level full body workout.
Burlesque
Get Sweaty, Sassy and Sexy in this one hour dance class of simple easy to learn choreography! Let us honor ourselves where we are and empower our individual uniqueness all while celebrating our innate sensuality.
PiYo
A 60 minute practice which incorporates Pilates and Yoga poses and exercises.
Power Sculpt
An overall body sculpting class with small bursts of cardio to keep the heart rate up and the calories burning as we strengthen your muscles.
SynerDance
A one hour dance party that incorporates club dancing and basic repeated dance moves set to high intensity music. This is an open level class that does not require previous dance experience.

Booty Barre
Designed to sculpt the body using basic ballet barre exercises and light weights. No previous dance experience is required for this class.
Hip Box
A high intensity cardio & strength class. It is a blend of hip- hop music and boxing- martial arts exercises that promote overall fitness.
Tread & Shred
Within one hour, you will shred through those pounds, transitioning between treadmill and weights.
SynerHIIT
High Intensity Interval Training workout consisting of short periods of intense/explosive anaerobic exercises lasting anywhere between 10 to 60 seconds with brief active periods of recovery. This workout relies on "the anaerobic energy releasing system"; pushing body and lungs to rely on energy sources stored in muscles.
Tahitian Fit
1hr of "hip"notizing fun, incorporating Tahitian dance basics. This class is sure to bring out your inner sensual glow.

Boxing
An intense cardio warmup, boxing with intervals of bodyweight exercises, and of course, core work.
Mat Pilates
Designed as a workout to help strengthen the Power House (top, lower abdominals and obliques), with the intent that when the power house is strengthened the ligaments will also be strengthened
Zumba
Fuses international musical rhythms with Latin dance-inspired moves to create this dynamic workout. There is no complicated choreography so it is fun & easy to follow.

Meditation
Participants will experience the ease of meditation and gain the benefits of awareness, a quiet mind, and much more. Participants will learn techniques for breath and body awareness. They will be guided through different meditation techniques. Welcoming all levels; question and answer segments are designed to provide mediators opportunities to experience newness, clarity and aliveness in their practice. ​

Power Yoga
Coined by Bryan Kest, this Ashtanga based Yoga discipline focuses on breath first & foremost. Although this is a challenging class, it is open level, encouraging practitioners to follow their inner guide & their breath to the sweet spot between too much and not enough... balance.
Pilates Reformer
A 50-minute class done on the spring loaded Pilates reformer. This class works the whole body following the Pilates principles: concentration, control, breath, precision and flow. We focus on strength, flexibility and posture and you leave feeling challenged and invigorated.
Great for all bodies and abilities.

Restorative Yoga
This moving meditation allows practitioners to touch all the points & spaces between the body temple, bringing breath to open and release any and all tension & stress.

Do you require a membership?No, you do not have to purchase a membership. You can stop on by as a 'Drop In' for a class (subject to availability).

Do all memberships allow me access to ALL classes?Yes, however the Pilates Reformer classes are an additional rate. With a Synergy Membership 12-month membership, you avail of a discount rate.

What happens if I book a class, but I am unable to make it?You must cancel within 24-hours before the class to not be assessed a cancellation fee.

How many classes can I book at one time?You can book classes for the whole month.
