Clare’s love and passion for Dance, Yoga, Kirtan, and over-all wellness continually deepen as she explores further into the path of the healing arts. She is certified by renowned Yoga instructors Bryan Kest (LA), and Rusty Wells (SF), as well as Taebo certified by Billy Blanks (LA), and has danced in both national and international tours. Clare is currently pursuing her studies in Ayurveda while maintaining her role at Synergy Studio. She divides her time between Guam, California, and wherever else Spirit calls. It is Clare’s mission to live her Dharma fully; thereby holding the position as Director of Synergy Studio and part owner of Cafe Dharma. She also serves as President of Conscious Living, non-profit organization, and as Chairperson for Payless Markets Community Foundation. A certified Stott Pilates and Power Yoga Instructor, Roland has been active in the fitness industry since 1997. He has taught at numerous gyms throughout the island before opening up his own studio. On his spare time, Roland enjoys biking, running, swimming and participating in Triathlons.Ľ
Nicole has worked in the fitness industry from 1991-1999 in California, moved to Guam and started a family. Nicole returned to the fitness industry after being diagnosed with a thyroid condition. Nicole has been teaching kickboxing since 2006. She is a certified CPR instructor and has been certified in Taebo. She is currentlythe manager at Synergy Studio.
Dennis is registered with Yoga Alliance and enjoys teaching Hot Yoga and has given him greater balance in life. Dennis also enjoys surfing, kite boarding and snow boarding.
Linda has been a practitioner of the many facets of Yoga for a good portion of her existence. She perceives Yoga as a way of life that has been gently woven into her quilt of experiences. She was initiated into Meditation in the mid 70s and also started to practice Hatha Yoga through the guidance of Richard Hittleman’s Yoga books. Ki McGraw was Linda’s first teacher and mentor, whom she will always be thankful for her inspiration and support. Linda received Hatha Yoga Teaching certificates from the following Yoga teachers: Yogi Hari, Ki McGraw, Bob Smith and Rolf Sovik. She ahs participated in teacher intensive workshops with the following teachers: Gary Kraftsow, Shiva Rea and Rodney Yee. She attended Yoga Retreats facilitated by Erich Schiffmann and Donna Farhi. In August, 2006, she was certified in Yoga of the Heart by Nischala Joy Devi. This certifies her to work with people who have cardiac, cancer and other life-threatening diseases. Linda is a registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance. She is also a member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists and is a member of the Himalayan Institute Teacher’s Association. Linda’s classes incorporate some of the following methods: Viniyoga, Yin Yoga, Vinyasa Flows, Pranayama, Deep Relaxation, Meditation, Acupressure Points and Thai Massage. She teaches basic beginner classes, gentle/restorative classes and mixed level hatha yoga. She strongly believes in adapting to the individual needs of her students. It is through practicing and sharing Yoga that Linda derives contentment and a love for life. She is grateful for all the teachers and students who have crossed paths with her. Linda will continue her deep inner quest to learn more form others for many moons to come.

PINKI LUJAN
Pinki’s 1st love is dance! Her mother, Lagrimas “Ama” Aflague, owned & operated “Dance & Entertainers Studio” where she learned hula, Tahitian, jazz, tap, ballet and even belly dancing! From 1980 to 1985,Pinki performed on & off island at Pescador, PIC, and PATA Conventions in the PI and Hong Kong. She was also the assistant state director for the Cinderella Scholarship Pageant. After graduating from Academy of Our Lady of Guam in 1985, she majored in dance while attending University of California Santa Barbara. She also taught jazz at Travis Air Force Base. Upon returning to Guam, Pinki continued to perform & choreograph shows & later became a certified instructor teaching aerobics, step & hip hop classes at Gold’s Gym. Her current passion is yoga but she returns to the dance scene as a Burlesque instructor at Synergy Studio.
ANDREA HERSHBERGER
Andrea first discovered and fell in love with the practice of yoga in 2004. Since then, she has studied and practiced yoga around the world with various instructors; including workshops with Bryan Kest, Rod Stryker, and Baron Baptiste; and teacher training workshops with Eddie Modestini, Nicki Doane, Seane Corn and Scott Blossom. Traveling to Hong Kong in July 2008 to attend the Asia Yoga Conference, Andrea had the opportunity to practice with and learn from David Swenson and John Friend, as well as practice with yogis from all over the world. Gaining inspiration from all of her experiences, Andrea has been teaching Vinyasa Flow yoga since 2006, and is a certified RYT200 with Yoga Alliance.
