Known as the Zumba “pool party,” Aqua Zumba gives new meaning to the idea of an invigorating workout. Splashing, stretching, twisting, even shouting, laughing, hooting and hollering are often heard during an Aqua Zumba class. Integrating the Zumba formula and philosophy with traditional aqua fitness disciplines, Aqua Zumba blends it all together into a safe, challenging, water-based workout that’s cardio-conditioning, body-toning, and most of all, exhilarating beyond belief.

60 minute class designed to sculpt the body using basic ballet barre exercises and light weights. No previous dance experience is required for this class.

Yoga of Devotion honors the holistic nature of “Yoga Practice”. This style of Vinyasa flow is a dynamic system of practicing asana, linking breath to movement, while building heat, endurance, flexibility, strength, balance and concentration.

Just as important as the physical practice, if not more, is the practice of meditation and Kirtan which opens and closes the 90 minute class. This is an intense practice.

1 hour of empowering intense cardio & technical mix striking workout taught by a MMA, BJJ, blue-belt fighter.

YCrossFit JUMPSTART is a High Intensity Full Body Cardio & Strength Training Program. Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. No workout is ever the same. We always mix things up with all of our workouts.

Crossfit Journal

60 minute power yoga class that is structured to build strength flexibility and balance for mind and body. Although this is an open level class, the pace requires previous experience.

90 minute class focused on linking the body and mind through the use of supported postures. It is great for people who are new to yoga or have injuries.

A heart pumping mix of taebo, weights, circuit training/drills, and polymetrics exercise. Complete your total body workout with hardcore abs. You will be DRENCHED!

60 minute class focusing on just about every aspect of fitness~ cardio, weights, flexibility, and resistance training.

Hot Yoga is a challenging 90 minute class of specific postures and breathing exercises practiced in a heated room. The heat warms the body, muscles, and joints which allows for maximum stretching and strengthening with a reduced rate of injury. Also, the body detoxifies through sweating.

This class is suitable for all ages and ability levels. Be prepared to sweat so please bring a large towel and some replenishing liquids.

Mixxed Fit is a people inspired dance fitness program that is a mix of explosive dancing and bootcamp toning.

This hour and a half class incorporates asanas (postures) and prana (breath) which helps bring strength, balance and flexibility to the mind, body and soul. You’re guaranteed to get a work out and at the same time find a level of equanimity. Bring a towel, the body will sweat as you work in the postures.

In this one hour class, you will develop physical and mental skills to help you defend yourself in times of need.

This ultimate trio combines steps for your cardio, weights to tone your body and stretches to amplify it all into the perfect workout!

60 minute class focusing on just about every aspect of fitness~ cardio, weights, flexibility, and resistance training.

Within one hour, you will shred through those pounds, transitioning between treadmill and weights.

Vinyasa yoga is a popular, evolving form of traditional hatha yoga that focuses on integrating breath and movement, awareness and alignment, and strength and flexibility. In Vinyasa yoga you will begin with the simplest poses and progress toward the more challenging poses.

The classes are fun, uplifting, and move in a FLOW from pose to pose.

There is no complicated choreography so it is fun and easy to do. No previous dance experience is required to participate in this “fitness party”.
